I just got my diabetes medicine and I'm having trouble swallowing the
pills. I've tried a few tips that I found on the internet but nothing
has worked. Can they be chopped up into a powder and be taken that way?
Any suggestions?

just to intoduce myself, I'm newly diagnosed(ish) few days before christmas,
GP said ' you have diabetes, ho ho ho, merry christmas'
ignored it for a few weeks, decided new year to take it seriously and try to

My Ultra test strips are a year old, but the control test range is 90-126,
and they test at 125.  Well, that's barely inside the control max range, but
considering the date and the borderline test, perhaps I should not trust
them?  I ask because I have so many and hate throwing ...
