I found an old thread here requesting a good salt substitute. I've finally discovered one worth posting about. It tastes exactly like salt and can be used in the same manner in all applications, and it has 50% less sodium. It also has no bad aftertaste that many other substitutes

Does anyone else find that their overall BG goes down with caffeine? I used to buy a shot of espresso on the way to work every morning but noticed that at the weekends my bg was quite high, at the time i thought it was because i wasnt doing as much walking at the weekend.
