I just had my first blood sugar test (after fasting for 12 hours) and it was 214... My blood pressure was 140/98. I know these numbers are not good but I'd like to get a few opinions before I go to the doctor. Has anybody here ever heard of blood-sugar and blood pressure numbers ...
