I just can't believe how many people I meet that I talk with about Diabetes, only to find out they are either pre or Diabetic themselves. It blows me away. I have found out that a few of my friends are Diabetic and some customers of mine. Anyone else have this phenominon?

I've been Type II diabeteic for several years. I take 1000 MG of Metformin twice daily. For the past year or so my A1C has been 5.5 and my BG average is 88. I eat a very balanced diet, but depending on particular foods I do get occasional BG spikes. Should I be concerned? ...

I was diagnosed with type 2 one year ago. I have good control of my diabetes and plan to always stay the course of good glucose management. I currently take 500 mg of metformin twice per day in addition to blood pressure meds.
