The insert from the strips I use for the Wal Mart Reli On meter says the readings are adjusted (It might be to read the same as blood taken from a vein instead of capillary blood) and that readings will be 12% higher than you would normally get for capillary blood. My new wal

Any folks in here have macular edema? Have you allowed laser treatment, and if so, what kind of results have you had? Also, since this is a motivated group, have any of you been the victims of "early worsening" after getting your BG under control very quickly?

Last night I took Tylenol PM to help get to sleep. I hadn't taken it before so I took only half as much as is suggested; 1 TSP. I was asleep within 15 minutes after taking it and slept soundly through the night.
