So are there any other "type I" diabetics that double their Blood sugar from
strenuous excercize? I dont see how this can be happening? I understand the
liver effect and releasing the stored glucose at the time of stress, but geez.

Just me again :) Does anyone have any good ways of counting the amount
of carbs in chips like if you get the big bag for the family to share ?
Instead of counting every little chip that you eat ? That is the only
way that I have figured out to count the carbs. Any one have any
