Saw the doc today & got both a flu shot and a Pneumovax (pneumonia
prevention) shot.  YEE-ouch!  Tender deltoids tonight.

Porridge Oats18 Oct 2006 12:58 GMT63
After eating porridge for breakfast, I feel hungry all day long.  Has
anybody else found porridge giving them the munchies?
At first I thought I was imagining it.  Now, I only eat it about three
times a week, but have been thinking of eating it for supper instead of

Hello Friends,
Do any of you ever wonder why it is that some of seem to be aging more

put her at risk for DKA?

Anyone know if there are some out there we can use to prep for a test?
