3 months off metformin19 Oct 2006 18:31 GMT9
3 months off metformin, and yesterday's A1c was 5.5. It was 5.3 in July, but
5.7 this time last year, so I'm happy with it. TSH was 2.9, T4 18 for those
interested. No other bloods.
Despite the medium TSH, I'm less tired and less constipated than I was on

Need help with decision19 Oct 2006 13:00 GMT12

Ultra was the best. Can I have your thoughts? Anyone ever buy strips

Funny how depression fades when the staples and plumbing come out.  The
dam cat is curled up in a desk drawer and purring his ribs off.

I really appreciate all your advice on the running. The race is this
Saturday so I have been looking at what I will be doing past that as I
don't plan on running more races (at least this year).
