My wife's pre-breakfast and pre-dinner blood glucose level is around 100-120 for the past 3-4 months but her latest HgbA1C (last week) was 7.5. Does anybody know why?

about 4 years i began to experience itchy skin. not real bad, though. after i moved to missourri, which is know for being an allergy generator, the itching worsened but i chalked it up to the allergens. i was diagnosed 4 months ago & i am in control but still pretty itchy.
