There is indeed a gray market in the USA for many things, cameras, printers drugs etc., you see it all the time. US Customs allows you to import a thing that is sold in another country in a legal manner. So a Kodak camera that sells for $50 here

Various sites say that Gatifloxacin can cause both hyperglycemia & hypoglycemia - how the hell is this possible? Unless it causes a hypo afte a hyper episode.

Peg has been craving Mac-N-Cheese so we made a batch using Dreamfield's Penne in a classic two-cheese recipe. It was darn good and two (1 cup) servings didn't make my meter go bonkers. My 2hr PP last night was 112 and I was 94 this AM.
