I'm almost totally off Glipizide (the insulin pusher) through weight loss, low carb and exercise. I'm still taking 1500 to 2000 mg of Metformin. I've got another 15 pounds to lose. The only Glip. I'm taking is 1.25 mg on wake up to get me down from 121-130
