warm insulin17 Sep 2006 08:53 GMT11
My chemist thinks he is helping me by delivering my prescription for me.
Yesterday he delivered my repeat prescription including insulin early in the
morning. Unfortunately I was not in so he left it with a neighbour who
kindly passed it over when I returned from work at the end ...
High Glucose17 Sep 2006 03:58 GMT39
The copy of the lab report that I got from my doctor says that my glucose

and how to keep it in check?  I haven't yet had a chance ...

I'm in the process of switching from NPH+R to Lantus+Apidra and am
trying to determine my insulin to carb ratio. I'm noticing the ratio
seems to be different at breakfast than later in the day. Am I crazy or
is this fairly common?

Eating out...16 Sep 2006 18:55 GMT13
...So it's actually bloody difficult to find "safe" things to eat when
away from home.
Like. As a freelance musician I often have to travel to another town
for work. I need to eat something at lunch time. Sometimes I get so
