Hi --
I've been so concentrated on getting my BG readings down -- but the last  
thing I expected was for them to go too *low*!  I thought that only  
happened to people using insulin (or meds)?  I do remember someone saying

even a little Shredded Wheat (non-sugar coated) anymore.  The cost to the BG
