myself silly - and being a non-scientically inclined person -- some of

Pat on the back31 Aug 2006 02:26 GMT11
I pat myself on the back, well done. Since April when I started testing
with glucose of 350 and my first a1c at 9.5 I've come a long way.
I am now below 120 and  many 80's and 90's and my last a1c this month is
6.1 exceeding my goal of 7.0. I've lost 20 lbs with 15 to go, my blood

I've been hearing about cinnamon and it's potential to reduce blood
sugar. About three months ago, I started taking some cinnamon at dinner
