I've had a couple different insurance companies in the past few years that make it impossible to get more than 30 days supply of anything (insulin, test strips, pills, whatever) at the local pharmacy. But I can get 90 days supply by mail-order.

I recently had to be removed from taking Lasix(due to fluid build-up) because I started to loose my balance - my heart doctor put me on bumex(0.5mg) once/day - I take it in the am before breakfast but have noticed that my glucose readings after breakfast fall around 280 to 310,
