I wanted to thank you all again for the advice you gave when I posted
here a few weeks ago.
My husband is a Type 2 diabetic; he discovered this almost a year ago.
In the past year he had been going to a doctor who kept upping his dose

I see two new people here today.  I want to thank you for putting it out
there.  It seems to be working.

I have posted on and off as time permitted.  Had GD with first pregnancy 1.5
years ago that never quite went away.  My BGs weren't so terrible (140 to
180 1 hr pp) that I cared to check often or modify my diet.  Classic

I am in the process of writing a research paper on Yoga and diabetes
but there is one thing that I am failing to grasp.
A Type 1 diabetic generally stops producing insulin so if they are not
eating they are essentially starving. They lose body weight quickly.
