I am in the process of writing a research paper on Yoga and diabetes
but there is one thing that I am failing to grasp.
A Type 1 diabetic generally stops producing insulin so if they are not
eating they are essentially starving. They lose body weight quickly.

I had a steroid eye injection this afternoon,it is now 4am in the
morning and it still feels paInful.Feels like a big piece of sand in my
eye.Can't sleep.Doctor said there would be 2 more shots.This is for a

Has anyone else noticed a connection between hot weather and hypos?  I do
know I haven't been eating normally during this hot spell.  We have no AC
and we've been dining out a lot to take advantage of their AC.  But even
