 We all know exercise has benefits for most T2 diabetics. One problem
though is that unaccustomed as some of us are to exercise we discover
afterwards that it hurts ... a negatively motivating factor.

I have few questions:-
1. Whether indicated chronic complications in diabetes2 are due to
elevated glucose in blood--hyperglycemia OR/AND due to excess exposure

My husband's doctor has switched him from a diabetes pump to Levemir
and Novolog.  It seems to be working well.  Has anyone used or heard of
Levemir? So far there doesn't seem to be any adverse side effects.

I found that a great substitute for potatoes in salad (or maybe in some
