G'day G'day Folks, We all know exercise has benefits for most T2 diabetics. One problem though is that unaccustomed as some of us are to exercise we discover afterwards that it hurts ... a negatively motivating factor.

My husband's doctor has switched him from a diabetes pump to Levemir and Novolog. It seems to be working well. Has anyone used or heard of Levemir? So far there doesn't seem to be any adverse side effects.
