Just  a  note to let  every one of my friends here know that I am doing as

My wife's most recent blood count was 200. I don't know if this is
serious because she doesn't like to talk about her diabetes. I guess
she doesn't want to worry me. She did say her doctor increased her
dosage of insulin though. Should i be concerned?

I'm still not sure I understand FBG.
If  I measure BG first thing after waking, it is consistently around
5.3-5.6mmol.   If I miss a meal during the day even if I'm just sitting
quietly at the keyboard it falls to around 4.2mmol.   Which of these is the

what is the real  range of numbers for the FBG?10 Jul 2006 12:37 GMT158
I got my first FBG result this moirning with my new meter.
The result was 116 mg/dl.  So whether I am or not, I guess
it's close.
The alt.support.diabetes site says it's 110.
