Are there any Type II's here who eat oatmeal for breakfast? Would you mind
telling us how soon after waking that you eat it,  how much you eat, what
you eat with it (milk, fruit, toast for example) and what  sort of numbers
you get at 1 and 2 hours?

Just wanted to let you all know I found the reason for my swollen ankles.  
My period started today, and tonight my sandals are too loose to keep on.  
So sorry for putting everyone to so much trouble, but I'm happy it turned
out to be nothing.

was 46 I fund out I had diabetes while
changing jobs.
At 55 I remarried---- to  Mona.

I just experienced another stupid thing.  
for my whole life I used the junk cures.
On quite a few times it only delayed
proper treatment.

As we see so much about the causes of diabetes where
so much is speculation   It might be worthwhile to read
this CDC link.   It is not simple.
