They are getting a bit out of order. I now have oedema of the legs, ascites,
two leg ulcers, liver damage, neuropathy, ED.
All of that is my own damn fault, because I was lax not strict in my control
for the first 4 years after dx. So I am not whingeing, just warning,  Please

I will use some cinnamon but not for diabetes.
It is an excellent flavoring for a few things.
So called studies can be rigged to get any result.

My name is siobhan i am doing a research project on diabetes.My niece
has type 1 diabetes she was diagnosed at the age of 2. I would like to

Had my quarterly visit with my Endo today.  
Still not in the 5% club but getting closer.  
A1c down to 6.0, Cholesterol 162, HDL 47, LDL 80.
BP down, weight down, only Glucose and Triglycerides above normal

I've been using Splenda the last 5-6 years, never heard of this.

I have had several scrapes and small scratches on my legs the past few
years. They have healed, but there is still a mark of discoloration in the
spot that doesn't seem to go away. Even with my readings under control these
have manifested, so it isn't a control problem.
