When you can realize you are ignorant on a subject the proper way is to Work very hard to use every avenue that available to get knowledge. But this is hard and boring work.

Like Colin I was started on Gicazide mainly because the first drug I was given was metformin and on about the third day I had a very embarrassing experience on the tube that I want never to repeat.I went back to the docs and complained and he said "try this instead" (Glicazide)

How about a plate of hot dogs and sauerkraut. No carbs. Some olives and a pickel. No carbs. and for desert, sugerfree strawberry jello topped with Cool Whip Free, only 3 carbs. If this don't fill you up, nothing will. Just use low fat hotdogs. And watch that sauerkraut. The good ...
