Does anyone know if there are alternatives to removing shoes when going
through the (USA) security check?  I have to fly next week for the first

This show features a nutritionist who intervenes in families with diet and
health problems.   I've watched two shows and found them interesting and
entertaining.

When I started this after it was discovered by routine medical exam my level
was 300 to 325. Lately I've been consistently under 200 and even have a
couple of lows of 111 and 101 after my 10 mile bicycle ride. Now to keep it
