Every time I start fooling around with fast carbs (flat breads, homemade tortillas, "lower carb" breads, two Taco Bell crunchy tacos with workouts) I gain weight, my glycemic control sucks, and my appetite is kicked up a notch or two.

I called Omron. They said the software and USB cable needed to download data to your computer has not been approved in the US yet. To get that capability, you would need to order the European model (HEM-637IT) which has been approved over there, but is not available
