Well, thanks for all the advice.
Looks like I solved the problem.
I put my mouthguard back in to sleep each night and have not had a morning
headache since.

Anyone know of any studies done on dawn effect being caused by dreams.  I've
noticed that if I wake up in the middle of some intense dream (high anxiety
dream), my fasting level is up about 40 higher than a normal wake up.  Maybe
the liver gets tricked into letting glucose back ...

The butter-- margarine feud has gone n since I was a child
in the 1930's.   There were laws that made margarine be
sold without the yellow coloring added.  Phoney data was
published by both sides in this economic war.
