Scales (food)24 May 2006 18:59 GMT23
I want to get a small scale for weighing portions.  I am looking at the
Ohaus CS-2000 for around $70.  I want one that is acurate (1g accuracy), can
hold a bowl (2-3lb max capacity), and is inexpensive.
What are you using?  Any suggestions/sources for an inexpensive model?

Alcohol and BG levels23 May 2006 19:03 GMT16
I wanted to ask this question because of something that happened today.
In light of some things I have been reading lately about very moderate
alcohol consumption when on a low-carb diet, I decided to take half a
glass of brandy before heading out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant. ...
The much maligned liver23 May 2006 15:33 GMT12
I am moderately amazed with the number of posters here who
labor/complain/WORK AGAINST the normal functioning of the liver.

member but don't need it when I sign on for medical information.
