junk food for diabetes Someone told me that candies with no sugar on it and popcorn like kettle corn are the best "junk foods" for diabetes. Anyone have other ideas?

I want to get a small scale for weighing portions. I am looking at the Ohaus CS-2000 for around $70. I want one that is acurate (1g accuracy), can hold a bowl (2-3lb max capacity), and is inexpensive. What are you using? Any suggestions/sources for an inexpensive model?

I am moderately amazed with the number of posters here who labor/complain/WORK AGAINST the normal functioning of the liver. Most (all?) of us already have a major organ (the pancreas) that is not operating as designed.
