You've probably read my previous posts concerning my bout with hardly no
bowel movements.  Well finally, since the 11th of may I've been having very

very good, some mornings my BG is 6.0 - 6.2.  Saw my ...
I hate white bread25 May 2006 17:10 GMT12
It was my birthday today, so we went for a meal at a local fish
restaurant, I had fresh plaice in bedcrumbs and a green salad no
potatoes, and I just couldn't resist the homemade little white finger
rolls. When i got back an hour later my bg was 10.1, since then it has

Just thought of something!25 May 2006 12:28 GMT15
Ever since I went on this low-carb diet, I have not had one single
instance of heartburn!  I used to have it frequently, and it was very
painful, especially if I didn't have any TUMS around.
Alcohol, gliclazide and bg levels25 May 2006 12:28 GMT9
I am a 52 yr old male, diagnosed T2 three years ago with fbg's of 8.5
and 9.0. Until very recently I have ignored my condition (all too easy
when you have no symptoms!) but some definite numb areas in my legs
and feet have recently made me sit up and take notice. Fortunately a

It might be profitable to take a break from immigration issues
and look at the Mendosa site,   It probably will be more profitable
for you in the long run.

New dessert to try25 May 2006 06:32 GMT9
My spouse made roasted pears in a spiced sauce this evening. While they are
only moderately low in carbs (17g net) my 2hr PP reading was 94 and they
certainly were delicious.
Recipe is posted on A.F.D.
My condition update25 May 2006 02:23 GMT15
I am much improved since my last post. I have been able to go out a lot, to
church and shopping. Of course, I do not eat anything while I am out. I just
do not want to take a chance.
Now I need to get my diabetes treatment back on track. I have not been

Prior to finding out that I had diabetes, pizza was my favorite food,
and I ate it three-to-four times per week.  Looking back it's amazing
that I consumed so many carbs without worrying at all about it.  Now I
would consider a small slice to be a treat, although I haven't had such

320 lbs?
