When I got diagnosed the gp told me to leave giiving up smoking for a while, but I keep getting reminded of the implications. So I'm trying to stop tonite, instead of a smoke while I'm effing about on the pc, I'm chewing nicotine gum, which tastes like licking an ashtray.
