I haven't seen much to commend the Atkins diet. There are the usual girls in the office. At first they lose weight, then later they invariably blow up like ballons. We have probably all witnessed this astonishing phenomenon.

In trying to add more protein to my breakfast, I've tried canned makeral or sardines which was great except I felt like I had fishy breath for most of the day. So not a good idea for morning...... Unless, a strong breath mint works!
