I received word this evening that Micki Webber had died on Tuesday, the
13th.  Apparently she had been in a nursing home for the past couple of

Well, I reduced the amount of niacin and plant sterols (and all the
other stuff I take) since the last test (Dec 05), and the Lipids have
gone back up, and I've hit a wall on my weight loss :(
The one good sign: My A1C is now below 6! :)
