| 15 months later | 24 Apr 2006 21:01 GMT | 20 |
When I was first diagnosed as a T1 in January 2005, I thought my life was over or at least ruined. After a period of hope, I found I also had celiac disease. This has turned out to be even worse than diabetes. I had to quit high school and am now home schooled. I don't think I ...

| A now familiar pattern. | 24 Apr 2006 19:09 GMT | 29 |
Some one "new" comes with questions about something they are doing. Polite responces are over time met with growing hostility if some part of what the "new" person insists is a valid approach to dealing with diabets is an obvious unsound practice. When patience with them runs out ...

| Chung Has "Sick Bastard" Stamped on His Forehead | 24 Apr 2006 02:55 GMT | 11 |
You are one sick bastard Chung. No admitting privileges, no patients, no respect. Perhaps you and Jeebus ... the fictional character who is the love of your life, ought to go start your own nuthouse newsgroup instead of ruining others.

| Andrew B Chung | 24 Apr 2006 02:25 GMT | 9 |
This is a newsgroup for Diabetes not the religious right ... Dr. Chung is hurting us by his ridiculous postings. We are here to learn about a terrible illness that affects all of us. Get Dr. Chung off this newsgroup as I, as one, am tired of hearing from him and his stupid

| Eating Bambi | 23 Apr 2006 21:21 GMT | 5 |
A while back we had some venison chops. Mother grilled them as if they were lamb chops, and they were righteously delicious (venison is one of those things that should bring joy to the hearts of dieticians, nicely low fat for meat).
