This has been on my "to do" list since Dx. I think it might be a good idea to have one of those medicalert emblems. I want either the pendant or one that goes around the ankle so that I can keep my privacy. In general, do you wear one?

A friend who has studied biology at the graduate level has raised the question of whether, as an injected protein, Byetta might, over time, cause the body to develop antibodies to the native GLP-1 protein and destroy it which would be disturbing.

Anybody get white stools from drinking milk? Actually, it was the fat free half & half by Land-O-Lakes. I mixed it with vanilla flavoring (no sugar) and a little water and heated it in the microwave. It tasted good (but not low in calories - just low in carbs & sugar) so I drink
