Does anyone have opinions about oredering prepared  diabetic meals like
Nutrisystem or Medifast?  Or can you suggest other such prepared meals?
It seems like such meals should  be healthy .

Hello, all. Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm doing a little
bit better. I don't know if it's the acupuncture, the chromium or just
time that's done it (I suspect it's the chromium as within 2 days after
taking that my AM fasting dropped 15 pts) but things are more stable.
