Hi stabbers and jabbers out there,
Received in the morning pile of junk mail an offer from Roche for a free
upgrade of my bg meter to an Avivia kit.

My standard rice pudding recipe is a killer with 1/2c sugar - no
surprise, right?  Tomorrow I'm going substitute Splenda for the sugar.
The UofI food nutrient analyzer claims that without sugar the entire
dish has only ~75g of carb, so 1/4 of the recipe should be manageable

this is what's been going on the past few weeks:

According to the Diabetes Self-Management WEB site below, Fenugreek
works for controlling BG.  Anyone tried this?  Does it help?
The implication form sited research is 100mg or less but all I can
find in pill form is 6x that.  Is there a pill form 100mg?

. I was a real sweet lover , now its gone from my life. I have been

Anyone in here use Byetta?  I am on my second month, I think is works really

A couple of studies posted in here recently used a very small sampling
- 10 to 15 - group.  So I am conducting a survey and hoping for at
least that many:
Are you Type 1 or Type 2?
