I just got out of the hospital where I was being treated for diverticulitis and the hospital dietician visited me and enquired about my meals. I had just gotten off clear liquids and was -very- hungry. I tested at 87 the morning before my first solid meal. 4

In the "I-shouldn't-do-it-but-it-happens" department: Sometimes I'll end up going about 24 hours without eating -- usually from about 3pm to about 1pm the next day. (I will drink a bit during that time, usually water.)
