| a1c is down! | 11 Mar 2006 23:17 GMT | 13 |

| Beginning of diabetic retinopathy | 11 Mar 2006 22:43 GMT | 12 |

| Need suggestions for low-carb, high-calorie food/snack | 11 Mar 2006 15:57 GMT | 9 |
I'm not overweight, and get a lot of exercise, including weight training. I've found that replacing what used to be staple foods, such as tortilla chips, graham crackers and ice cream, with low-carb stuff, has caused me to lose weight that I didn't want to

| Diabetic Friendly Pancakes | 11 Mar 2006 15:32 GMT | 6 |
I just posted a recipe for low carb pancakes that taste pretty darned good. I can actually eat these in the a.m. and get a 1 hour PP (post pancake) number of 106. That's using the sugar free syrup...not the blueberry or strawberry sorbet
