I did a search on this topic and there seems to be disagreement. I am surprised how little there is on the effects of consistent running. If you type in "running and neuropathy" on Google there is not one article.

I keep reading but am now getting to the point that I am unsure of what my BG levels should be, basically, my goal. By FBG I assume that you are all saying that this is the BG when you get up in the morning. Please clarify this for me.
