Fasting BG21 Feb 2006 14:29 GMT5
My schedule has changed so that I can occasionally sleep in as late as 7:30,
rather than 5:45.  I've found that my FBG is usually, but not always,

experience?  I'm wondering whether I should get up earlier and eat
Joslin Guide to Diabetes21 Feb 2006 13:01 GMT35
Hopefully no-one will think this is spam. I have no shares
in Joslin but they do seem to be one of the better official
sources of info IMO.
You probably all discussed this before, but I just noticed
Opticlick Pen Possible Dosage Problem21 Feb 2006 11:54 GMT11

that 10 units of insulin should fill the needle tip cap up to the top of the
thin, straight part (resevoir). This has been a stnadard ...

About 9 months ago I had a A1c of about 9.  I lost 50 lbs, and my A1c went

high  135-140, a hour later with no food, they go down to about 125.
Throughout the day and before bed they are normal.  In fact last ...

Quentin Scores Again!    Lowering your cholesterol21 Feb 2006 03:54 GMT7
When my doc took me off Lipitor because he suspected that I was developing
the dangerous side effects,  my lipids took a very unwelcome jump during the
following 6-month testing period.   So I bought the book Quentin

Quick Sets Quick Serter21 Feb 2006 03:37 GMT10
I've switched over to the Quick Sets due to problems with the tape sticking
on the Sof Sets and called Mini Med to have them walk me through how to use
them.  Stupid deal as far as I'm concerned but they have no written
instructions, just pictures showing step 1, step 2, etc. and ...

I bought an inexpensive monitor and have been turning myself into a
pincushion ;) .   I have not been diagnosed with diabetes at this time
