How do all of you find stress affects your daily readings?
We found out today that our beloved pet dog of 14 years has a tumor and we
will probably have to put her down within the next month.
Needless to say we don't need this news.

A newly-diagnosed friend is now up to 1000 mg of metformin a day, and his
numbers are good. (I've been brainwashing him.)  His GP has told him he
won't need any more metformin unless his numbers start to go up again.
