I read a few of your posts on another news reader that doesn't have you KF'd. Reading them just reinforces why I choose not to respond to you. You seem to be obsessed with me as far as I can tell, but then again I only read the posts you made in the "bad news..." thread.

just a random rant/vent... ARGH! those "high fiber" cereals... can't believe 1/2 a cup can have as much as 6g sugar... they taste like shredded cardboard anyway.. why do they bother with the sugar?? Well i guess it can taste good w/ milk

I just got my bloodwork results. There was good news and not so good.... The good was that the a1c is still 5.6. :-) The bad was that the total cholesterol was back up to 206.... Gotta bring that down. :-(
