It seems that when I first visited this post in 97 or 98, I don't remember
all this posting about aspartame, religion and anything else one can think
of.  As I remember Jude didn't tolerate it and I guess he had total
control.?

Got my Ultrasound results back today after a trip to the Dr. for a nasty
sinus infection.  Right sinus is totally swollen shut and there is fluid in
right ear.  Owie!  My Dr. has been out sick all week so someone was filling

I've seen to many low readings with the One Touch Basic meter from one
vial.  The vial seems to have an unusual number of bad sticks.
Yesterday I called Lifescan to request some control solution to check

I have a cook book  named Eating Well with Diabetes The only diabetic cookbook you'll ever need.   It never mentioned  carbs. or glycimic carbs.  It looks exactly like  Weightwatcher Menu  with exchange points  does mention calories.   First published in 1987
