I recently went to the doctor, got blood exams, I don't remember the
exact numbers and forgot my exams back home, but here is what I remember ...

I had a good supper and a bag of popcorn at 10-11 PM
No breakfast and at 11 Am I was 199.
Is that good or bad my AM were all was high.
