With all the talk about nuts, I am wondering about pistachios.  I have
started to eat about a quarter of a cup of pistachios in the shell.  I
get them unsalted and dry roasted.  I love them.  Are they bad for us.

She has been on the Levermir insulin now for three months and has lost 11.2
