I've been doing a little label reading thinking microwave popcorn might not be an unreasonable snack. The carbs/cup seems to vary from 16 - 25 depending on brand and fiber is 3-4g/cup. That could leave 13-21 net carbs/cup which is a pretty wide

A while back I posted to this group and found the answers very good, so I am hoping someone can comment on this. My symptoms are mostly numbness and coldness in my mostly left leg, that vary in severity from mostly very mild to sometimes (before diet change)

I have a question about the a1c because I'm not sure what it is. If you have good bg's like in the eighty's in the morning, maybe a few nintey's.....I think that is good.....my nights for the most part are below 120. I never can seem too get my nights lower. What I need to know ...

How true is this? My friend who is a diabetic sometimes drinks heavily ( with me). The next morning he finds that his blood sugar is low. I myslef ( a non diabetic), the morning after a drinking binge, find myslef thirsty for orange juice.
