Just got back from a weekend trip to Belize. While trying various dishes and gathering recipes I ran across a few that should work for diabetics. I just posted one for Yucatan Style Fish Ceviche on A.F.D. that's low-carb and darn tasty.

I have had diabetes typr 2 for 8 years. My question is the lower legs turn dark red and I know I have some neuropithy but have never seen a post regarding the skin changes in the lower legs. Any ideas??

My legs have started to 'fall asleep' more often. Usually, this rarely happened. Is this normal? I just started an exercise routine. Do you suppose this will go away as they do not remain permanently numb.
