Anyone here played with Carbalose low-carb flour for breadmaking or
other recipes - mind you it seems expensive at around £7.50 for a 1.3Kg bag.
Any other alternatives?
I know there's some low-carb bread recipies floating around hereabouts

I had a fully screening from an endo. and he declared me NOT diabetic. only
impaired glucose tolerant. I can control the whole thing with diet and
exercise. A1C = 5.5, c-peptide normal, as is thyroid and cholesterol. very
slight LDL overage easily corrected in the diet.

I'm T2 and after having my bg results rocket recently been put on metformin.
Have to say since taking these tablets I actually feel worse. Initially
seemed to take the medication without problem now the usual side effects
toilet wise with alarming regularity Aches and pains in ...

    I finally came clean and listed my Lipid profile. So I figure I might
as well list my Supplement regime and have the resident experts put it
under the microscope, figuratively. I would appreciate any input or

my LDL cholesterol is 59
ldl/hdl ratio 2.36

Anybody using ground flax for pancakes? This stuff is amazing and very
low carb--0.1 gram net carb per tbsp. 1.8 gr. Omega 3 fat; 0.6 gr. Omega
6 fat.
If you get the whole seed, grind in an electric coffee grinder and mix
