I was thinking of control idea that would allow diabetics to eat more than the usual minuscule food portions yet not elevate blood glucose levels. However, I'm not sure if it would work or not. The way is to not chew your food thoroughly. My reasoning is this: --

No insulin at all today. I spent all day around 100 with no medications. I went up to 134 after dinner but went down to 114 after two hours. At bedtime I've been less than 100 two nites now and can't see a reason to take the basil insulin the doc
