Went out last night.  Not sure what caused the rise, but it backfired.
Had some chicken with maybe some type of sugar based glaze.  Whatever

I was thinking of control idea that would allow diabetics to eat more
than the usual minuscule food portions yet not elevate blood glucose
levels.  However, I'm not sure if it would work or not.

months I have started to gain weight and retaining fluids - to those of you
that ran with similar problems what are you taking instead of Avandia?  I
stopped taking Avandia for 2 days and within the first 6 hours ...
