Hi all. I have Type I diabetes, for 12 years now. I'm 45 and very well
regulated according to my doctor. Hb1Ac is 6.5%
I've had pain problem for 10 months now, and the doctors disagree on
whether it's diabetes related.

I have been drinking a herbal tea that I have grown to love.
it is called Aveda comforting tea.
when cooled you would swear it had sugar.
I love this stuff.  my 2nd favorite is Apple Cinnamon tea.

I love those watching nature documentory shows on TV, especially the ones

So I was watching some stuff from the series from "The Blue Planet", which
