Can anyone point me in the right direction to a ready made BM record chart
please. I have recently been in hospital and meant to ask the nurse if I
could have had a copy of theirs.
I would be grateful for any links for software or ready to print sheets etc.

This morning my FBG was 120.
I had 2 hard boiled eggs and a half piece of ham (about 2g carbs. it says on
the package) for breakfast
One hour later I was 180.

I have been a card carrying T2 for the last four months and learning
about DM, my body, my diet and understanding how certain foods and food
combinations affect my BG levels. Looking at my meter logs I noticed

I took a basal shot last night and didn't notice much difference, my Bgs
stayed areound 120 +/- 10 points.
I started at 8 units like the doc perscribed and was wondering does basal
tend to hold a Bg level or does it drop one's Bg?
