a-lipoic acid for neuropathies?01 Nov 2005 23:57 GMT23
An elderly friend whom I frequently see at the library told me a-lipoic acid
was good for diabetics. He said someone called Lester Pasternak wrote a lot
on the subject. I was diagnosed with diabetes almost two years ago and this
was the first I heard of it. I am wondering why the ...

I apologize to those offended by my recent responses to Chuck. However, as
I told him, I will defend my beliefs and I will not lay them aside when I do
post here, so don't ask me to.
I won't post often because what works for me is completely contrary to what
Roger Grant01 Nov 2005 19:59 GMT3

all people selling things are sharks (?).
Does anyone have an opinion about this?

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes Type 2, about 60 days ago.
My HCI (I think) was a 6.1
My BG level was 140.
Since then I have kept it down between 93-104 first thing in the morning.

I was on atenanol prior to becoming diabetic and doctors continue as it
is along with norvasc and enalapril without any change .
What are the safest hypertensives available today ?
This is not a christian site.01 Nov 2005 15:17 GMT67
This site was setup years ago as a site for all diabetics.
No mention of religion was included.
I read some really do not care.   If some individuals want to make
a mockery of their religion, go to it.
BG: 5901 Nov 2005 14:20 GMT23

Timing of morning exercise01 Nov 2005 14:11 GMT4
My main workout is around noon or a little later, but I also go for
a walk every morning.  I get up, take my blood pressure med with a
glass of water, and then go for a 20-minute brisk walk - a little
over a mile.
