For the last week I've had the trots, so bad I've been staying home close to the John. Today I was refilling my one week pill organizer. While I was putting the pills in the little compartments I noticed that my metformin pills looked different.

The GP wants me to reduce protein since tests show my creatine levels increased since last spring. So I have to reduce my consumption of chicken for breakfast. I thought of having yogurt for breakfast, but it has lots of carbs. Does anybody eat yogurt and does it spike you?
